Monarch Conservatory is conveniently located in Blue Springs, MO, at 610 MO-7 Hwy. Our 7,000 square foot space could be perfect for your next event! We offer 4 various sized rooms as well as a large lobby area.
Entire Facility:
$150.00 for 4 hours
$25.00 each additional hour
Rent our entire facility for 4 hours for only $150.00! Drinks and refreshments may be brought in. Additional time is $25.00 per hour. Rental time includes set-up and clean-up.
Fee due 30 days before event
A separate deposit of $50.00, on all rentals, must be paid at the time of reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the cleaning and damage check is complete.
Holds up to 300.
Individual Room Rental:
$60.00 for 2 hours
$50.00 each additional hour
Rent one of our multipurpose rooms for a 2-hour party for only $60.00! Drinks and refreshments may be brought in. Additional time is $50.00 per hour. Rental time includes set-up and clean-up.
Fee due 30 days before event
A separate deposit of $50.00, on all rentals, must be paid at the time of reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the cleaning and damage check is complete.
Holds up to 45 people.
Dance Room Rental:
$30.00 for 1 hours
$25.00 each additional hour
Rent one of our dance rooms for a private lesson or small dance class. Rental fee is $30.00 the 1st hour and $25.00 each additional hour. Rental time includes set-up and clean-up.
Fee due 30 days before event
Up to 10 people.
Staff will be on site during your event.
