Monarch Conservatory's mission is to foster a love of the arts in young people. We offer beginning, intermediate and advanced training in Dance, Theatre and Music in an organized, technique based environment. Our focus is to empower young artists to reach their potential and discover the joy of creating and performing.

Monarch Conservatory’s Premier Team offers competitive performance opportunities for dancers ages 3 and up! This is a great opportunity to showcase their talent!

Sign up for our Audition Prep Camp to get your dancer ready for what is in store for this upcoming season. Camp will run July 29th -31st. They will work on technique, core strength, flexibility and learn various styles of dance choreography. This choreography will be used in the actual audition for team placement.

Auditions will be August 2nd. Dancers will show up dressed in all black (black leo, black dance top, black dance shorts, or dance skirt) with appropriate dance shoes for the style you are auditioning for. Dancer must also bring a 4x5 or larger headshot.

Premier Team dancers perform at local and national events. Our team has won numerous awards at both the regional and national levels including the ADCC Studio of Excellence Award, Most Entertaining Award, Best Choreography Award, Showmanship Award, Highest Scoring Routine, Top Studio Award, Best Hip Hop Studio, Beautiful Technique Award, and much more!

The benefits of being on our competition team reach’s far beyond just learning to dance and winning trophies. Dancers build lifelong friendships on the solid foundation of their many hours spent training, competing and socializing together. They learn the value of teamwork, to trust in each other, to depend on one another and how to be a reliable person themselves. These important lessons will carry them far on any path they choose to take in life.
